Is... she putting sardines in her coffee?

:?
Likes his women like he likes his coffee... a little sweet, a little spicy, a little strong, a little earthy, a little smokey, totally honest, and maybe a little offended by being compared to a beverage.

Smoothie, not coffee.

Better question is why is she eating sardines?

DHA and EPA (types of omega 3 fatty acids) are essential for growing healthy babies. Fish is high in these. Mothers who eat fish have healthier, smarter babies, even *with* the mercury.

Sardines and anchovies are great, as is Salmon. Very high in Omega 3s, low in mercury. I assumed Nicole was doing this for the health of her growing baby, and thought it was a good choice nutritionally, if weird from a culinary standpoint.

She's licking her lips so it might be also for culinary reasons, or she developed a taste for them :)
