She's just worried that people are going to be wandering into her store with large, flimsy cups full of sugary, sticky, fruit juice, and they are going to spill it all over those expensive computer parts.

Had they ever met? I don't recall.

Also, I'm not sure if the caption is implying this is what happened because he did keep up the insurance payments (i.e. he's able to get back on his feet quickly), or because he didn't (i.e. he had to find a new location rather than rebuild where they were). If the old place were damaged badly enough (as his traumatized face last week suggests), it might have been unsalvageable, and it would be better to find a new location and be back in business quickly than wait for the whole thing to get rebuilt. And depending on what kind of town this is, it's possible he was just renting the old place anyway and only needed insurance to cover the equipment and maybe liability (I don't know how things work if his landlord's insurance decides to accuse him of being at fault for the fire).

The implication I took from it is that the Harvest's insurance was paid up, and pretty good, since they were able to quickly reopen. A major fire can easily leave a building so badly damaged as to be unusable for months, or even condemned, so it makes sense they would move to a new location.
