Annulled first impressions

Postby Packbat » Fri Jan 14, 2011 8:26 am

I like the idea of annulling the first impression - and that's a pretty good situation in which to accept such an annulment. Due to the confusion of fact, both characters were behaving in a manner which was both praiseworthy and misleading with respect to their characters, so it's unlikely to be harmful to say "Do-over" in this case.

Also: Maxine <3. Will we be following those two to the gym?

I, for one, strongly dislike the idea of pretending something did not happen, whatever it is.

Besides, we already constantly change our opinion about other people accordingly with whatever new information we get about them.
In my opinion, someone to whom first impressions are very important is someone who is unable to change his mind easily enough.
Opinions should be malleable, not stiff, because people are complicated.

Reading what i've just written, i'm starting to think i'm taking this too seriously. It's a webcomic, I should really just relax.

Know what ? Let's pretend I did not just write and post this.

My opinion, being malleable, says that while I won't forget this, I won't base my judgement of you by this. ;)

qft

Still, there are a few oddly specific situations where both parties would gladly take an option of forgetting what happened...
Er, not that I'm speaking from experience... or anything... no...
