I'm wondering if the phrasing of the notes implies Lee had a vas deferens to redirect at birth along with the other "tweaks" or if that was done later. I've been sort of assuming they were DFAB, since it is confirmed in the notes that the penis they have now is lab-grown, in a comic in the adult art section they mentioned having had a vagina before, and their chin is pointed instead of square, which is how Tailsteak tends to draw female vs male faces. I suppose shaving down their jawline could be done even more easily than replacing genitals, though.

We know that a "clipping" procedure is performed on babies, so it seems that vas deferens clipping is the type of procedure that Lee received.

We know that Lee got "heifer tits" at one point and is now considering a reduction. Therefore it's very plausible for them to be born with a dick, get a vagina, and now have a dick again. Furthermore, in the NSFW comics we see Kiesha, who has a round face, breasts, and a dick. So as I've said before, taking into account Lee's own statements that "this purple appearance is associated with anatomical concavity", I still think that the 2020s equivalent for Lee would be transfem. The choker really says it all for me personally.

I wonder what they looked like at birth in general. We know the purple hair and eyes were installed surgically and mention has been made of skin tone being changeable, so it's possible none of their features are accurate to what their genes express.
