I'll give you some help, here... you're not going to get an answer that makes sense, the marketing wonks and Silicon Valley sorts have hijacked the term to mean something very different than it originally meant.

I mean, if you look at it the right way, every complex system that takes input and produces output is a computer. And every computer is a program. And every computer can run every program, given adequate compilation and sufficient run time.

Computer science classes really do a number on you.
Neither a creeper nor a jackass be; if you manage these two things, everything else should work itself out.
