(Tuesday, INT: kitchen)
EB: You're seriously not concerned about giving people iodine deficiency?
JH (frying): Nah, most people get more than enough regular salt in their diet.
--------------
EB: What about somebody who's trying to stay healthy, cut sodium? Some pregnant lady who's only eating fresh veggies and your pesto?
JH: There's enough iodized salt in a Ritz cracker to get you through the day. Anyone so concerned about their health that they won't eat crackers for nine months would be taking a multivitamin.
--------------
EB: Yeah, well, I don't eat crackers all that often myself...
JH (handing her ice cream): Here, read the ingredients list on this.
--------------
EB (holding ice cream): ...there's salt in the ice cream? Twice? Why is there salt twice in the ice cream?
JH: Because you didn't buy the triple salt version?
