Fun fact: when you're "deveining" a shrimp, what you're removing is not, in fact, a vein. It's the creature's digestive tract! And the black gunk inside it isn't congealed blood. It's shrimp poop!
Also, folks, I implore you, please do not attempt to devein shrimp using the technique Jamie is employing here. He has 18 Dex, you don't.
