Thought those rules might need a little clarification.

WW: So if we have the knight jump movement card paired with the pass over capture card, can it capture any pieces?
JH: Yes, but only the inner two that the jump actually passes over. Step with pass over can't capture anything.

WW: And can pieces with the pin capture mode pin enemies against the walls?
JH: No, that'd be way overpowered. Only with other pieces of the same army - but they can pin as many enemies as they can fit in a straight line - in theory, five at a time.

WW: And if I switch a piece to pin capture or aura capture, does that mean I can capture on that turn without moving if the pieces are already in position?
JH: Yes, but if you're not careful, you can also get your own pieces captured on your turn that way.
