Lily is not based on any feminists I have known. Indeed, as she has plainly stated, she's not a feminist, she's a misandrist.
If anything, Lily shares more ideology in common with the typical pickup artist. While there is a certain truth and utility to evolutionary psychology, treating it as deterministic, as a means of categorizing real, living human beings and predicting their behaviour will, necessarily, distance you from them and, in time, render them cartoonish and monstrous.
That's why Lily can't be a feminist. If you believe that a certain percentage of men are necessarily, genetically, inherently inclined to be rapists, then you'd have to accept the obvious corollary - that a certain percentage of women are necessarily, genetically, inherently inclined to be rape victims.
