GO: Whoa, at ease, soldier. Not that kinda kitchen, we're a little less formal here.

GO: So I'm guessing you were trained by some prick who thinks he's God's gift to the culinary arts, huh?
ChA: I was trained by the best chef I've ever met, chef!
GO: Alright, pop quiz, hot shot. I tell you to dice and brown some celery. What do you do?

ChA: I... get some celery, cut it into cubes that are about the size of dice, and... add brown food colouring.
ChA: ...Red and green, to make brown. Chef.

GO: Ha! Because celery doesn't have enough sugar to caramelize, right?
ChA: Yes chef. Couldn't have said it better myself, chef.
GO: You better watch out for her, Halligan, she'll probably be your boss in a few months.
JH: Oh, don't worry, sir, I intend to watch her very carefully indeed.
