(Tuesday night, INT: Capsaicin Lounge kitchen)
ChA: Alright, Mister Orange, I got the rust scrubbed off all those pans and the flank steaks are ready to go for tomorrow. Anything else you need before I head out for the night?
GO: Yeah. Come taste this.
--------------
ChA: What is it?
GO: We get our chickens whole, but we always wind up using more wings and breasts, lots of dark meat and bones left over. I've been playing with different spicy chicken soup recipes, thinking of adding this one to the menu.
--------------
ChA (sampling soup): Mm. Paprika, tarragon... lemon juice?
GO: Lime.
ChA: I'd lose that, it clashes too much. Maybe more peppers to compensate, and purée them instead of dicing. Keep the presentation simple.
--------------
ChA: Um... if you want to do that. Sir. It's certainly fine as it is. Chef. Sir.
GO: At ease, soldier. If I wanted smoke blown up my ass, I'd put in an order for more applewood.
