ChA: I was so freaked out when I first started. Felt like I was dodging bullets every day. Mostly bullets fired by you.
GO: Well, I try to keep up a harsh face, y'know. Keep everybody on their toes, keep'em moving. But when push comes to shove, you know I look after my people.

GO: Bottom line, it's usually easier to help someone improve than to find a replacement. Usually.
ChA: Did you really tell Jamie that if I didn't work out, you'd fire him too?
GO: Eh, to be honest, I was never really serious about it. Not sure it'd be legal, actually. But yeah, that was the deal we had.

ChA: Jesus, I had no idea. He never told me. Now I kinda feel bad that I wasn't... feeling more bad.
GO: Yeah, I've noticed Halligan doesn't always talk about things that are affecting him. I knew he missed some shifts recently due to some weird legal trouble, but that's all I know about that.
