Oh, hello there. My name is Tailsteak, I'm the writer and artist for Leftover Soup. I'm cisgendered male, pansexual, Caucasian, and I live with my lovely wife and equally lovely girlfriend in Ontario, Canada. I've done plenty of stuff other than Leftover Soup - my first webcomic was called One Over Zero, it ran from 2000 to 2003. Most of the other stuff I've done since then, you can see on tailsteak.com... these days, I mostly dump art there that I've been commissioned to do (my rates are pretty reasonable, if you're curious). I also wrote a novel called Bang that you can buy here, and a self-helpy affirmations kinda book called the Paladin's Guide to Life that you can buy here... or you can download pdfs of both of them for free if you sign up to be one of my Patreon patrons! Every March first, I run an event called Sexy Self Comics Day, a day for people to submit autobiographical comics about their sexuality. I also have a tumblr called My Brain Made This that I share between myself and the two aforementioned lovely ladies. I have a rather unhealthy love of webcomics, and I read them every day by the hundred. I play D&D and/or other tabletop RPGs about once a week. I also spend a lot of time on Twitter, which is weird, because I only actually follow two other people. I have a day job at a call center, and, thanks to the generosity of my patrons, I've been able to reduce my hours there to part-time. I should probably mention that (obviously) I am not the characters of Leftover Soup, and none of the views or ideas expressed by those characters are necessarily mine. |
